It was very easy to navigate and obviously you are well connected in the El Paso market. 2. Even though we had limited time to look for a home in El Paso, you were able to guide us very quickly to a selection of homes that met our needs. We are extremely happy with the home we purchased and still had several back up options if it didn't work out as it did. 3. We were also very pleased that you were able to negotiate a couple upgrades with the buyer. 4. You also went beyond the call of duty when you agreed to open the home for utility services as we had not relocated to the area yet. 5. Harald and I worked together to find my first house. He carefully listened to my needs and quickly produced a list of potential homes. He then explained all the steps in purchasing a home. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Harald would always take the time to meet with me. I felt at ease because I knew I was represented by a knowledgeable professional who put my interests above all others. After just a few days, I made an offer on one of the houses on his list.
